This policy explains how XGA Auto Sales LLC (“XGA Auto Sales”, “we”) handles information you share with us through xgaauto.com. We collect only what we need to answer you and schedule your visit, and we do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you book an appointment or send a form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the reason for your visit, the day and time you choose, the vehicle you are interested in, and any message or notes. For a trade-in we also collect the details of your current vehicle, such as year, make, model, mileage and VIN.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your questions, schedule and confirm your appointment, prepare the vehicle you want to see, and prepare a trade-in appraisal. If you give us your email address, we send you messages about your request, such as a confirmation. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this website for us, and only so they can do that work:
- Microsoft Azure, which hosts the website and stores appointment and form records.
- Brevo, which delivers the emails about your request.
- Cloudflare, which delivers the website quickly and securely.
- Cookiebot, which records your cookie choices.
- TrustedSite, which checks the site’s security and shows its trust badge.
- Google Maps, only if you choose to show the map on our contact page.
We may also share information when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
Our cookie policy lists every cookie the site uses and lets you change your choice at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and form records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request through our contact page, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
